Cancellation Policy

We value your time and commitment and strive to provide the best experience possible. To ensure fairness and consistency, the following cancellation policy applies to all scheduled appointments: 1. **Cancellations With 12+ Hours’ Notice** - No fee will be charged. 2. **Cancellations Between 1-12 Hours Before the Appointment** - 50% of the scheduled service fee will be charged. 3. **Cancellations With 1 Hour or Less Notice or No-Shows** - 100% of the scheduled service fee will be charged. We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances happen. In such cases, the decision to waive or adjust cancellation fees will be at my discretion.
